How do I register for a tournament?
Search for the tournament by name, or University.
Click on the tournament.
Click on sign up for a tournament package.
Select a package- single, foursome.
Select payment- Check or Credit Card.
You will receive a pop up box with your confirmation # and a confirmation email
How do I invite players to a tournament as the Tournament Director?
Logon to http://www.cgagolflinks.com/
Registered members complete login top right with email and password.
Click setup tournys.
Click manage tournament.
Click the manage invitations.
Follow steps with writing short message and add the email addresses of invitation recipients below, separated by commas.
Click send and watch your entries soar
How do I see if anyone has registered for my tournament?
Log on and go to my account,
click setup Tourneys. Under your tournaments you can view roster, results, get reports and manage/change your tournaments
How long does it take to get a check from CGA?
email request 5 business days, electronic request- 1-2 days
When will the tournament show up in the search results
Within 24-48 hours
How do you determine to charge 4% or 6% or something in between
6% for non preferred CGA courses, 5% for Preferred CGA Courses. 1% reduction on rates if university exceeds $75K in registrations per year

Can I get a refund
Check with your director in charge of the event, all refunds if given are processed through the tournament and not the CGA
