By continuing with the setup of this tournament, you agree to these standard CGA policies:

 

Player Refunds

If a player in your event registers online and pays with a credit card, the Tournament, NOT CGA, will be responsible for refunding the entry fee if the player decides to cancel. If the Tournament would like CGA to issue a refund to the player's credit card, a processing fee of 2% will be billed to the Tournament to cover merchant bank processing fees.

 

Per the above policy, CGA is not responsible in any manner for refunding registration fees to individual event participants.

 

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password (your "registration"). You shall be responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify CGA of any unauthorized use of your registration.

 

Information Accuracy

You, the Tournament Director, are completely responsible for all information related to your event. This includes information related to event time, date, location, fees, entry packages, directions, and any other information about to your event. The CGA will not be responsible for any errors in information that you post regarding your event.
