Cutter & Buck Ordering Information
Pricing: one (1) location embroidery (up to 10,000 stitches) and embroidery set-up and production charges. Additional embroidery locations are available at $3.00 per location. FOB Seattle, WA.
Order Minimum: 36 pieces
Lead Time: 20 working days from receipt of acceptable artwork
Artwork Requirements: Digital artwork is preferred in either an Illustrator eps file or higher resolution jpg. The jpg should be greater than 150 pixels x 150 pixels at no less than 150dpi. If digital artwork is not available, camera ready art is needed. This can be in the form of printed letterhead, etc. Hand sketched artwork will not be accepted.
Using University Marks: Licensing and royalty charges will be handled on an individual order basis. Royalties due will be added into the garment price. In general, product not for resale is royalty exempt, however, the licensing agent for the University marks must approve all exemptions. Cutter & Buck will assist you in this approval process.
Special Promotion Details: All Cutter & Buck garments ordered through CGA will be provided the opportunity to receive Cutter & Buck golf shoe bags for use as Individual Hole Tournament Prizes or Auction Giveaways. These shoe bags must be requested when the garment order is placed. Shoe bags will be provided as follows:
72 pieces orders, receive 9 Cutter & Buck golf shoe bags FREE
144 pieces orders, receive 18 Cutter & Buck golf shoe bags FREE
216 pieces orders, receive 24 Cutter & Buck golf shoe bags FREE
Samples: Individual blank garment samples may be ordered by tournament directors for evaluation prior to placing the tournament order. These samples will be charged at regular price.
